I have two children and three grandchildren. My favorite things to do are spend time with my grandchildren, work in my yard, work on my 1991 Camaro Z28 convertible, ride my Harley Davidson motorcycle, and teach my students. I also teach social studies at Foothills Charter High School.

Associates Degree - Truett McConnell College, Bachelor’s Degree - Piedmont College, Master's and Specialists Degrees - University of Georgia, Doctorate - University of Phoenix. I am also COMPTIA Net+ certified and I hold a real estate brokers license.



I have taught at Elbert County Middle School, Treutlen High / Middle School, Westside Middle School and Apalachee High School. My teaching experience covers a variety of subjects to include: mathematics, Georgia history, reading, English, technology, life skills, social skills, study skills and community based instruction. Outside of the classroom, I served as the assistant principal of Sally D. Meadows Elementary School in Vidalia, Georgia. Currently, I teach various classes to students with special needs at Apalachee High School while simultaneously coordinating Title I. At night, I teach social studies at Foothills Charter High School. In my spare time, I am the Qualifying Broker of Drought Breaker Realty, Inc. which I operate with the help of my wife, Cindy and several dedicated real estate salespersons. Most recently, I have become a nationally certified trainer in classroom management and I intend to add differentiated instruction this fall.
