BCMS Students Support Addie
Ms. Ridgway’s ELA students complete a warm up every Friday. Students have to incorporate the standards in a creative way. Harli Taylor completed a warm up that engaged the class with creative writing. Students wrote letters to Addie who is dying of a terminal disease. Addie stated that, for Christmas, she wanted as many Holiday cards as possible. Ms. Ridgway’s ELA class took it to another level. The class did cards and letters that are sure to keep her entertained for days. A lot of the students wrote about their lives, and what they hope to do in their life in honor of Addie who does not have the luxury of time/experience. The school mailed a package to Addie this week. For more information on Addie please click here.
