Kindergartners are learning to type. They are using the program Type to Learn JR. Type to learn JR help our kindergartners to recognize letters on a keyboard as well as give thm an introduction to keyboarding skills

 1st grade is also learning to type. Many of our 1st graders have completed the entire Type to learn program and will be moving on to Type to Learn 3.

Our second graders are working on Classwork. They have begun the Math portion of Classworks which includes addition and subtraction

3rd graders are also working in the Classworks program and are working on place value

4th graders and 5th graders are working on Multiplication in Classworks

First -5th graders are taking the STAR reading test. This will determine their Accelerated Reader level. You may check with your child’s teacher to find out what level books your child should be reading.

We will also be testing 2nd- 5th graders in STAR Math.
