Is Your Student Too Sick for School?
When your student has a fever, keep them home. During the first days of illness when systems are most severe and the infection is most contagious, students should stay home. Students can return to school when symptoms are improving and no fever has been detected for 24 hours.

Mrs. Lisa Hendrix, Media Specialist
Welcome to the SES Media Center! The media center is a very special hub of our school where students gather for story time, research projects, book clubs, and lessons correlated with the classroom curriculum. We look forward to seeing you in the Media Center!
Mrs. Hendrix enjoys teaching and reading to children and is particularly fond of Caldecott winning and honor books. Mrs. Hendrix believes that story time should correlate with the classroom curriculum and she promotes good research skills in our students. She challenges students to be independent thinkers and is thrilled when she observes student enthusiasm, achievement, and learning.
