Company Commander
- To know myself and seek self-improvement.
- To know the names, phone numbers, and ranks of the people in my company. And have a company roster.
- To where my uniform every Wednesday unless told otherwise. When worn have the uniform clean, pressed, polished, and aligned. And get a haircut if necessary.
- To assist the Squad Leaders, Platoon Sergeants, the Platoon Leaders in supervising, and training of all the company members, while maintaining a close relationship with them.
- To make sure I, my company members, the Squad Leaders, the Platoon Sergeants, Platoon Leaders, the 1 SG, and the company as a whole, know the basics of squad, platoon, and company drill.
- To make sure my squad members, Squad Leaders, the Platoon Sergeants, the Platoon Leaders, and 1 SG know who I am.
- To form the company when prescribed by the Instructor.
- To keep the Company Leaders, and members informed and advised on every situation and everything that occurs inside and outside the company.
- To have inspection sheets ready for the days of inspection.
1 SG
As a 1 SG you need to know where exactly you fall in this company, what's your job, and why you're here. You are a 1 SG and your job is:
- To know your self and seek self-improvement.
- To know the names, phone numbers, and ranks of the people in your company. And have a company roster.
- To keep your company informed on situations that occur.
- To where your uniform every Wednesday unless told otherwise. When worn have the uniform clean, pressed, polished, and aligned. And get a haircut if necessary.
- To assist the Platoon Sergeants, and the Platoon Leaders in supervising, and training the Squad Leaders, and your company members, while maintaining a dose relationship with them.
- To make sure you, your platoon members, the Platoon Sergeants, and the company as a whole know the basics of squad, platoon, and company drill.
- To make sure your squad members, Squad Leaders, the Platoon Sergeants, and the Platoon Leaders know who you are. The Platoon Sergeants should go to you for guidance and assistance or the Platoon Leader. Not to the Company Commander. You should go to the Company Commander for advice and guidance when necessary.
- To form the company when prescribed by the Company Commander.

Platoon Leaders
As a Platoon Leader you need to know where exactly you fall in this company, what's your job, and why you're here. You are a Platoon Leader and your job is:

- To know the names, phone numbers, and ranks of the people in your platoon. And have a platoon roster.
- To keep your platoon members informed on situations that occur.
- To where your uniform every Wednesday unless told otherwise. When worn have the uniform clean, pressed, polished, and aligned. And get a haircut if necessary.
- To assist the Platoon Sergeant in supervising, and training the Squad Leaders, and your platoon members, while maintaining a close relationship with them.
- To make sure you and your platoon members, and the Platoon Sergeant know the basics of squad and platoon drilL
- To make sure your squad members, Squad Leaders, the Platoon Sergeant, and the 1 SG know who you are. The Platoon Sergeant should go to you for guidance and assistance or the ISG. Not to the Company Commander. You should go to the Company Commander for advice and guidance when necessary.

Squad Leaders
As a Squad Leader you need to know where exactly you fall in this company, what's your job, and why you're here. You are a Squad Leader and your job is:
- To know your self and seek self-improvement.
- To know the names, phone numbers, and ranks of the people in your squad.
- To keep your squad members informed on situations that occur.
- To where your uniform every Wednesday unless told otherwise. When worn have the uniform clean, pressed, polished, and aligned. And get a haircut if necessary.
- To make sure you and your squad members know the basics of squad and platoon drill
- To make sure your squad members know who you are. They should go to you for guidance and assistance first. Not to the Company Commander, the 1SG, Platoon Leader, or the Platoon Sergeant, but to you. You should go to your Platoon Sergeant or Platoon Leader for advice and guidance when necessary.
- And set the example.
