The Winder Barrow High School Army Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp was established in the fall of 2009 by MAJ Tom Evans and 1SG Frank Brown. Enrollment for the 2011/2012 is approximately319 cadets, most of whom are academic freshmen. WBHS is located in Winder, GA, approximately 40 miles NE of Atlanta and 20 miles west of Athens.Winder-Barrow ROTC
