January is National Mentoring Month
National Mentoring Month is a campaign held each January to promote youth mentoring in the United States. It was inaugurated in 2002, and is spearheaded by the Harvard School of Public Health, MENTOR, and the Corporation for National and Community Service. It was designed to celebrate the positive effects mentoring can have on young lives and to encourage others to become mentors.
WES would like to say, thank you to our current mentors and invite other caring adults from the community to become a WES Mentors. If you or someone you know is interested in being a mentor, please contact our School Counselor, Pamela Robinson. Thank you!
