I want to take this opportunity to introduce myself to the Westside School community as the Interim Principal. My middle school experience includes assistant principal positions at Oconee Middle School and
Winder-Barrow Middle School for five years. I hope that you will not have any undue anxiety that comes from my interim presence at your student’s school. There should not be any major changes in
your school program under my leadership. My goal is to keep the good programs that already in place moving forward with particular emphasis on student learning. I am open to parent and student
conversations and I look forward to an incredible future for Westside Middle. I assure you I will make every effort to keep Westside successful. Please feel free to share your input with me.
There are nine weeks remaining in our school year. It is important that students continue to work hard because this is the most critical time of year for them. Positive encouragement and continuous effort will
help our students produce their BEST on the CRCT and in completion of their school year.
