Early Intervention Program Teacher
Crystal Thornton grew up in Statham, Georgia. She graduated from Winder Barrow High School in 2001. In 2005, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Elementary Education and in 2010 she earned her Media Specialist Masters degree from Georgia State University. Mrs. Thornton began her teaching career at Bramlett Elementary School in 2005 and has loved teaching there for 15 years. She is beyond excited to begin a new adventure this year teaching fourth grade!
Outside of school, Crystal enjoys traveling, running and reading. Her husband, Paul, is also a teacher at Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy. They have two children, ages 8 and 5 that attend Bramlett Elementary School.
