Jacqueline Scales has served as a School Psychologist for the Barrow County School System since 2012. As part of her role, Jacqueline conducts comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations with students, and also consults and collaborates with parents and school personnel to promote positive educational experiences for all students.

Jacqueline earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Berry College in 2002, and then went on to complete her Master of Education and Specialist in Education degrees in School Psychology from Georgia State University in 2006. After graduating, Jacqueline began her career in Clayton County Public Schools, where she served as a School Psychologist and Tier 3 Specialist. During that time, Jacqueline obtained an Educational Leadership certification from the University of West Georgia.

Shortly after the arrival of her first child in 2012, Jacqueline transitioned to working part-time for the Barrow County School System. Jacqueline and her husband, David, have been married since 2003, and have two amazing boys – Tripp and Caleb. When she is not working, Jacqueline enjoys watching their boys play sports, going on new adventures, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
