March 14 Multi-Agency Exercise at RMS

The Barrow County School System is working with area law enforcement and emergency agencies to provide a school building for an upcoming full-scale exercise. A full-scale exercise is a mechanism used to strengthen the whole community in its efforts to prevent, protect against, mitigate, respond to, and recover from all types of hazards.

During the teacher planning day on March 14, 2024, many agencies will be in and around Russell Middle School to participate in this exercise.

Signs will be posted around the campus to make neighbors aware of the event. We wanted to make sure you had the information as well.

We hope our students, staff, and families have a nice long weekend for March Break.
