Hello!

I am D'Anne McMillen.  I will be teaching your 3rd grader math, science, and social studies.  This year will be my third year at Holsenbeck and I am so excited to "take flight together" this year! I graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been in education for over 25 years and I have taught in private and public schools. I recently earned my gifted certification. I am passionate about teaching. I strive to give students the knowledge they need for their future, but also help them develop a love for learning. Education is a partnership between school and home and I look forward to partnering with you for a successful 3rd grade year.
