Sign up for After School will happen at Open House.
Program Information:
Money: A non-refundable yearly registration fee of $25 per child is due prior to your child entering the Before or After School Program. There will only be 1 registration fee regardless of how many programs for which you are registering. Registration fees do not hold a spot for your child(ren) in either program.
Weekly Fees for both programs are listed below.
These scales are based off of the 5 days per week model.

Weekly fees will be charged regardless of attendance. Payments may be sent to school with your child or made in person when you pick up or drop off your child. If payment is more than 2 weeks past due, this may result in dismissal from the program.
Times:
The Before and After School Programs will begin on the first day of school and will follow the Barrow County School calendar.
The hours of operation for the Before School Program will be from 6:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. Parents must come in to the building to sign their children in each morning and out each evening. NO CHILD MAY BE DROPPED OFF WITHOUT A PARENT SIGNATURE.
The hours of operation for the After School Program will be from school dismissal until 6:00 p.m. This is a change from previous years. After 6:00 p.m. late fees will be charged $5 per minute. Please be prepared to make CASH payments for late fees on the day they occur. If you are going to be late, a phone call is appreciated, but does not waive the late fee.
