IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS: To request a copy of Form 1095-B, Health Coverage, or Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage, please contact Aimee Tucker in one of the following ways:

  • W-2 INFORMATION

    • W-2s will be available BY January 31st.
    • They can be accessed AND printed from ESS.
    • Former employees will also have a printed copy mailed to them at the address in our system. NOTE: This address MUST be changed in ESS (former employees still have, and will always have, access). A BCSS employee cannot assume the responsibility of changing this for you.
