Parent Portal

Create Your Parent Portal Account

The Parent Portal is connected to Infinite Campus – the district's Student Information System. You must create a Parent Portal account to access important information such as attendance, schedules, grades, assignment status, bus routes, and contact information.

You will have an account that will stay active as long as you have students enrolled in the school system. Data will be available for all grade levels.

  • Looking for Bus Routes?

    You can find your student's bus route information through the Parent Portal. Click for details.

  • Need to Update Contact Info?

    Update your phone number, home address, email, or student pick-up information through the Parent Portal. See details.

Steps to Create Your Account:

Step 1:

First-time users will need an account activation key. You will need the following information for one of your children:

  1. Student ID Number
  2. Student Social Security Number (If you did not provide a social, contact iparent.help@barrow.k12.ga.us.)
  3. Student Date of Birth

 

Once you have the information, complete the fields on the Portal Activation page and click submit. The key will be sent to the email address you used to register your student.

  • Successful activation will provide you with a key for each head of household. Make sure you copy and paste your access keys into a word document, notepad, etc. until you're ready to enter the code. Activation keys must be entered EXACTLY as they appear on the listing. Select Manually Enter Activation Key.

  • From there, select "Campus Parent" and then "New User." (Don't fill out the username or password fields yet. You must first click "New User.")

  • Copy and paste your activation code in the field and click submit to then set up your username and password. Be sure to make note of that information and bookmark the login page for your next visit.

Parent Portal Help

Problems accessing Parent Portal? Email us at iparent.help@barrow.k12.ga.us. Please refrain from sending any personal information (like your child's ID or social security number.) We will call you if we need to discuss anything personal.

Parent Portal App

You can download a specific app just for our Parent Portal that allows you to get notifications on your device. Search your app store for "Campus Parent" by Infinite Campus.

 

Once you have completed your Parent Portal activation (directions above), you can access the Campus Parent app using our district code: yprlkj.
