About Mr. Foster

Stephen Foster has worked at the Barrow County Alternative Education Program since 2008 in various capacities. A life-long resident of Barrow County, he is a graduate of Winder-Barrow High School and Gainesville State College (now the University of North Georgia). Mr. Foster currently serves as registrar for the BCAEP, coordinating student data including transcripts, schedules, and placements.
