Mr. Kulp is the Barrow County College and Career Advisor housed here at Sims Academy. Mr. Kulp is dedicated to working with dual enrollment and Option B diploma students. His main goals are to ensure that students are managing their time well with either college-levelcoursework or their high school classes. Often, Mr. Kulp makes himself available to students, so they can make plans for their soon to be adult lives. We would be lost without him!
