Melissa Ethridge

Grade 9-12 - Social Studies

Dear Students, Parents, Community and Colleagues,

Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Melissa Ethridge, I teach Social Studies courses at Winder-Barrow High School. Teaching and learning have become cornerstones of my adult life that began at the start of my own educational career. I am the eldest of 6 children, so I have a natural compassion for nurturing the success of young people. I love to study History and Society; human and world development are fascinating subjects, with infinite learning possibilities! My objective as a teacher is to impact the future lives of adolescents. I am driven by human compassion for others and using my blessings and talents to improve the knowledge, character and confidence of young people. My hope is that with guidance and through perseverance, they too, will pursue their own individual interests, passions and fulfill their life's dreams.

Sincerely,

Ms. Ethridge
