Graduation Specialist

Originally from Monroe, Georgia, I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia before moving to the United Kingdom to complete my post-secondary graduate studies. While here, I completed an MS in Forensic Anthropology and an MPhil in Genetic Anthropology and worked as a Forensic Anthropologist and forensic researcher, contributing to scientific investigations and research. I then moved back to the States, where I began my teaching career in Walton County, spending 17 years of dedicated service teaching Science and History at both Monroe Area and Walnut Grove HS. At my most recent high school, I also served as the Assistant Graduation Coordinator and the Department Chair of Science.

Outside of my professional life, I’m happily married and a proud parent to a wonderful son. Our family also includes two beloved dogs who keep life lively and joyful
