Under the direction of Chef Joseph, Simsations offered a delectable brunch experience during their "Let's Brunch!" soft-opening. Culinary students manned made-to-order action stations including: womlettes-a fun take on a traditional omelette; crepes-with a choice of sweet or savory fillings; self-serve options of stuffed bread strata and muffins; and a beverage station offering Orange Sunrise and cappuccino.
