Rickey Bailey

Mr. Bailey has served on the Board since January 2001. He has also served as Vice Chair on several occasions. A life-long resident of Barrow County, Mr. Bailey graduated from Winder-Barrow High School. He has owned several successful businesses in Winder.

Mr. Bailey and his wife, Robin, have two daughters and one grandson. A member of First Baptist of Winder, Mr. Bailey is a deacon and teaches 6th grade Sunday school. He is also an active member of the Winder Kiwanis Club.
