Brooke Lewis-Slamkova Named Semifinalist for FCCLA Adviser of the Year Award

Apalachee High School’s Brooke Lewis‑Slamkova has been selected as one of 15 semifinalists nationwide for the 2025–2026 FCCLA Adviser of the Year Award, presented by the U.S. Army.
Lewis‑Slamkova is recognized for her leadership in growing AHS’s FCCLA program, which includes community service projects, hands‑on learning experiences, and student‑led initiatives like Chee Cuisine Catering. Her work has expanded opportunities for students, strengthened chapter involvement, and supported leadership development at both the state and national levels.
The 15 semifinalists now advance to the next round of evaluation, with the top five finalists to be announced in April.
