Watch Together Project: Healing After a Suicide Attempt- Amie

Together, parents and teens will watch an animated story about Amie. Amie is a high-achieving and organized student, but beneath the surface, she’s navigating the long road of healing after a suicide attempt. This session opens a conversation about post-crisis recovery, perfectionism, and the influence of social media on self-worth. In this interactive session parents and teens will talk through redefining “strength” and why asking for help is a powerful part of recovery.
