Implement Countywide Teacher Externship Program

Increase Job Shadow opportunities for Non-WBL students
Increase awareness of WBL in the high school core classes
Encourage Employability Skills
Increase Dual Enrollment students that participate in the WBL program

Improve partnership with Sims Academy of Innovation and Technology courses in order to form Youth Apprenticeship Partnerships
