Strategic Plan 2026-2031 Community Meeting & Survey

Thank you to the 240 people who attended our Strategic Plan community meeting on Monday, Oct. 27, 2025, at Bethlehem Church. Your thoughts will play a key role in helping to write the next chapters of our district's story!

Barrow County School System (BCSS) is grateful to the Georgia School Boards Association (GSBA), Bethlehem Church, and the volunteers who helped facilitate conversations and make the event possible.

We heard from parents, students, staff, business owners, and our Partners in Education about the things they think we are doing well, areas of improvement, opportunities for success, and challenges we are facing.

"We can’t reach our full potential without your help. We want to prioritize our work based on what you tell us you want to see from the schools to help students succeed," said BCSS Superintendent Dr. Dallas LeDuff.

If you couldn't attend, please complete the anonymous GSBA survey, which will help shape the plan. The survey will close on Nov. 11.
