We’re excited to share our new district and school websites that went live on Thursday, Dec. 12! The sites have a new design and platform for better user experience.

Why are we changing website platforms?

1. Current platform will not be supported starting March 2020
2. ADA Compliance and Reporting necessary
3. Responsive Design - design changes to fit any screen
4. More admin-friendly and efficient – web-based and intuitive
5. District-wide posting abilities – can share content across sites
6. Shared calendar with filtering and subscribing features

Why are we changing website design?

This new design allows the website to resize to whatever screen a visitor is using. It also brings it more current with best practice in web design.

Why are the school logos different? 

Each of our schools has a unique identity that we want to preserve. However, we also need to ensure that BCSS owns the logos that each school uses and that they were not "borrowed" from another college, professional sports team, or organization. Each school logo has been reviewed. Some have been slightly modified with the font that is used for the name. Other schools have adjusted their colors or graphics. We are excited to utilize these new logos and identies moving forward for each school and program.
