Welcome to the WES Library! We love helping our Bullpups grow as readers!
Ms. Rodriguez thinks being the librarian is the MOST FUN job around. Books and technology collide with some awesome learning opportunities in this library. She loves books! She loves long books, short books, picture books, and chapter books, funny books, sad books, scary books, and true books. She loves books about people and books about places. She loves animal books, adventures, and books filled with mythical creatures. Not aliens, though. She does NOT like books with aliens. Come visit the WES library to find out what type of books you like to read!
Ms. Roberts, the Media Clerk, loves beach trips and playing games with her family. She loves to learn new things about animals.
Throughout the year our students and classes visit the library for read-alouds, book check outs, research, and literacy skills. Students may check out books before and during the school day. Our PK-1st graders check out one book at a time. Our 2nd-5th graders may check out two books at a time. While we do not charge fines for overdue books, if a book is lost or damaged there is a fee. Please contact your media specialist for the next steps.
We’re so glad you’re reading!
