Caroline Bucky-Beaver

French, ESOL Facilitator

Caroline Bucky-Beaver, born in Florida and raised in four other states, has called Georgia home since 1986. Although becoming an educator was never in doubt, she wasn't sure about the subject until an amazing French teacher ignited her love for the language and culture.

After graduating with a B.S.Ed. in French from the University of Georgia, she began her career at Winder-Barrow High School. Her love for integrating technology led her to earning a Masters of Education in Educational Technology from Northern Arizona University, and to twenty years of service as an Instructional Technology Coordinator.

In addition to her work, she volunteers with the Georgia Educational Technology Conference as Program Chair. She also loves to craft (mostly handmade cards and anything she can cut with her Cricut), and you may also find her at Road Atlanta with her husband, Rick, and son, William, watching the latest track event or yes, even behind the wheel driving laps.
