Simsations is a student-run restaurant located in the Sims Academy of Innovation and Technology.
Under the direction of Chef Adam Joseph, a team of Culinary Art students will design the menu, order the food, prepare and serve the meal as they would in a professional dining establishment.
Culinary associates from our program should have the skills necessary to work in a professional kitchen and the front of the house in any area restaurant.
