DISTANCE LEARNERS – DRIVE THROUGH MEALS
From September 14 to September 18, school cafeteria drive-throughs will be open on weekdays from about 10:30-11:00 am at BCSS schools. Anyone that is 18 years old or younger may visit any school (excluding the Arts & Innovation Magnet and Alternative Program) to pick up a meal bag. Meal bags will include breakfast (for the following day) and lunch. No sign-up is required.
Starting on September 23rd, school cafeteria drive-throughs will be open on WEDNESDAYS ONLY from about 10:30-11:00 am. Anyone that is 18 years old or younger may visit a school to pick up a meal bag. Meal bags will include 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches. Please complete our meal sign-up form to ensure we have enough meal bags prepared.
To pick up a meal bag, students do not have to be present and no ID is required. Drive through meals will be available to distance learners for the rest of the fall semester.
The following meal options will also be available starting on Monday, September 14 and will be in effect while we use a hybrid schedule.
All students attending school in-person will receive their hot breakfast and lunch at no cost the days they are on campus. Cohort A will be on campus Mondays and Tuesdays. Cohort B will be on campus Thursdays and Fridays.
Students will be offered a meal bag that includes 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches to use for days when not in-person learning. Cohort A will receive their meal bag on Tuesday afternoons. Cohort B will receive their meal bag on Friday afternoons.
Please bear with us as we diligently work to provide meals to our BCSS students. If you have any questions or issues, please email email@example.com. Thank you!
