Winder-Barrow High School's Band has several great announcments!
In 2023, WBHS band had two students attend The Govenor's Honors Program for music.
Those students were Henry Campbell (Percussion Performance) and Jason Bradshaw (Jazz Drums).
Henry Campbell was also selected for the All-State Orchestra.
Josephine McElhannon (Tenor Saxophone) was an alternate for the All-State band.
WBHS has eight students selected for our District Honor Band:

- Henry Campbell (percussion)
- Layla Clardy (oboe)
- Grecia Coronado-Alvarez (baritone) *1st chair in the district
- Molly Huff (clarinet)
- Connor Kruzich (trombone)
- Josephine McElhannon (tenor saxophone)
- Rebeca Reyes (clarinet)
All of the bands at WBHS also just received Superior ratings at their Large Group Performance Evaluations.
