This week is Georgia Pre-K Week. Georgia PreK is celebrating 30 years of helping students get ready for school success. This year's book is "Hey, Georgia" by University of Georgia graduate and football star, Malcolm Mitchell. With the help of this book, we have been learning about all things Georgia - from landscapes and native animals to state crops and places to explore. To celebrate Georgia Pre-K Week, we had guest reader Mrs. Royal, Director of Elementary Education and Pre-K. She read "Little Blue Truck's Halloween" (by Alice Schertle) to our PreK friends.
