Is Your Student Too Sick for School?
When your student has a fever, keep them home. During the first days of illness when systems are most severe and the infection is most contagious, students should stay home. Students must be free of fever/vomiting (without the use of medication) for 24 hours before returning to school.

New 7th Grade Immunization Requirements
Before starting the school year, all students born on or after January 1, 2002 and entering or transferring into 7th grade will need proof of a whooping cough booster shot and a meningococcal shot.
