Please fill out this form if you wish to be put on the list for the 2024/2025 school year. This will be time stamped and students will be accepted based on the time filled out of this form. Disclaimer: Just because one of your children get accepted, does not mean both will. There may be more spots available in one class than another. This form does NOT guarantee that your child will have a spot for the 2024-2025 school year. If your child gets selected based on the first come first serve basis, a letter and official afterschool form will come home in your child's Wednesday folder if accepted.
