As BCSS students gathered at the Innovation Amphitheater, they were treated to a unique performance of Shakespeare's classic play, Romeo & Juliet.
The Atlanta Shakespeare Company captivated nearly 1,200 students with two 60-minute abridged versions of the timeless tale.
The event was produced by a team of BASA Music Technology students, led by their teacher, Paul Thornton.
This memorable experience was part of the Cultural Connections Series, made possible by the Vibrant Communities Grant from the Georgia Council for the Arts, along with matching funds from local sponsors including Zaxby's restaurants, Akins Ford, and Peach State Federal Credit Union.
